Job Description

An experienced Marketing & Communications Project Manager is required to support the delivery of complex digital and web-based initiatives. This role focuses on coordinating cross-functional teams, executing a digital experience roadmap, and ensuring marketing and communications projects align with broader business objectives through structured planning, clear communication, and proactive risk management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the execution of the digital strategy roadmap for the website, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder priorities
  • Manage multiple interdependent projects by coordinating timelines, resources, dependencies, and deliverables
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including strategy, content, operations, analytics, product, and technical teams to gather requirements and assess impacts
  • Translate product and technical requirements into clear, actionable project plans
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and risk registers
  • Facilitate regular project status meetings to track progress, resolve blockers, and document key decisions
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear updates on progress, risks, and outcomes
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting within a project management system
  • Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and workflows
  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and team alignment

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in project management within digital strategy, web projects, or cross-functional programs
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder digital or website transformation initiatives
  • Strong ability to facilitate meetings, track risks and dependencies, and drive accountability
  • Experience translating technical concepts into clear business-focused communication
  • Proficiency with project management tools for planning, tracking, and reporting
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills
  • Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of anticipating challenges and driving solutions

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, Communications, or a related field

Duration: 11 months (initial contract)
