Job Description
Mangomint is seeking a Marketing Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across its marketing function. This role focuses on analysing campaign performance, tracking customer journeys, and turning complex marketing data into clear insights that guide strategy and budget optimisation. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience with modern BI tools, and a solid understanding of marketing platforms and attribution.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyse marketing campaigns and attribution models to measure performance and ROI
• Build, maintain, and optimise marketing dashboards using Sigma or other BI tools
• Provide actionable, data-driven recommendations on campaign strategy and marketing spend
• Manage and improve marketing data systems, integrations, and data quality
• Analyse market trends and customer behaviour to support growth initiatives
Requirements
• 2–5 years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Growth Analytics, or a related role
• Strong SQL skills, with experience using Snowflake or similar data warehouses
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Sigma, Looker, Hex, or equivalent
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience working with marketing and analytics platforms such as Salesforce, Customer.io, Shopify, and advertising platforms
