A leading pharmaceutical organization is seeking a skilled Marketing Execution Manager to drive product strategy, lead new launches, and ensure strong brand performance. The ideal candidate should possess solid experience in product management, market analysis, and sales enablement within the pharma industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches in collaboration with the central marketing team.
- Manage and enhance visibility, positioning, and performance of existing brands.
- Conduct market analysis, provide product insights, and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to achieve market share and revenue goals.
- Train and support sales teams on promotional strategies, brand messaging, and product knowledge.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or Pharmacy (mandatory).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in product management within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of market trends, product lifecycle management, and marketing execution.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
- MBA preferred but not compulsory.
