Marketing Executive

A dynamic organization is seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Executive to support the planning and execution of strategic marketing initiatives. This role focuses on increasing brand visibility, generating leads, and driving business growth through both digital and traditional marketing efforts.

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: N300,000 – N350,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to promote products and services
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitor activities
• Manage and grow social media platforms with engaging and relevant content
• Implement marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to boost brand awareness
• Coordinate events, promotions, and partnerships to strengthen brand presence
• Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance and campaign effectiveness
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with business goals
• Support lead generation activities to contribute to overall revenue growth

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 4–5 years of proven experience in marketing or a similar role
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of digital marketing and social media management
• Ability to work independently and meet set targets
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
