Job Description

A fintech company based in Ikeja GRA is currently recruiting a Marketing & Growth Lead to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of performance marketing, CRM strategies, and a deep understanding of fintech growth dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute digital marketing campaigns focused on customer acquisition, activation, and retention
  • Analyze data across tools like GA4, Mixpanel, and Meta Ads to optimize performance and improve ROI
  • Develop and manage CRM-driven campaigns using platforms like Brevo or HubSpot
  • Implement growth frameworks such as AARRR to drive data-informed decisions and scalable strategies

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of experience in digital/growth marketing roles
  • At least 2 years of marketing experience in fintech sectors such as wallets, payments, remittance, or digital banking
  • Strong experience with performance marketing, user funnels, and customer segmentation
  • Familiarity with growth metrics and models like cohort analysis and LTV:CAC
