Mojeek, an independently owned and operated search engine with a strong focus on privacy and unbiased results, is seeking a Marketing Lead to drive brand awareness and traffic growth. Serving over 10 million search queries per month, Mojeek is building a true alternative in the global search market. This role plays a central part in shaping visibility, community, and long-term growth through creative, values-driven marketing.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and user traffic
- Plan and deliver PR, advertising, and campaign initiatives across relevant channels
- Develop and manage content marketing efforts aligned with brand values
- Build and nurture relationships with partners, media, and community members
- Shape and grow an engaged community of Mojeek users and advocates
- Analyze performance and refine strategies to maximize reach and impact
Skills, Values, and Experience
- Strong alignment with Mojeek’s values, particularly around privacy and fairness
- Excellent communication skills with a strong command of written and spoken English
- Confidence in planning, creating, and executing marketing ideas independently
- Proven experience in B2C marketing and campaign management
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a small, distributed team
- Experience with digital tools, platforms, and modern marketing technologies
- Startup experience is desirable
- Experience marketing web or technology products is a strong advantage
- Technical expertise is not required
