Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract new customers.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
• Collaborate with other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and events.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Proven expertise in digital marketing strategies and tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to create and implement marketing plans that drive revenue growth.
