Job Description
Location: Ode-Remo, Ogun
Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦400,000 monthly
A reputable organization in the real estate and development sector is seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to oversee its marketing strategy, drive growth, and support project visibility. The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning and executing marketing initiatives to attract investors, clients, and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to promote projects and services.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies to guide decision-making.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure branding consistency across all platforms.
- Manage marketing documentation, generate timely reports, and track performance metrics.
- Liaise with stakeholders, attend field investigations, and represent the company when necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, Economics, Urban Planning, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate or development industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in conducting market analysis and preparing detailed reports.
- Must be open to frequent travel for fieldwork and project assessments.
