Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦250,000
A reputable company in the Lekki area is seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to lead its marketing efforts, drive brand visibility, and support business growth. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a solid background in digital and traditional marketing, particularly in a fast-paced industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Oversee all digital marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, SEO, and paid ads.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform campaigns and improve performance.
- Manage and mentor the marketing team, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align messaging and campaign timing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
- Proficiency with marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- A creative and strategic approach to marketing challenges.
- Prior experience in real estate marketing is an added advantage.
