Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive sales growth.
- Lead and manage field sales teams, providing guidance to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Analyze market trends, customer data, and competitor activities to inform marketing decisions.
- Utilize digital marketing tools, including SEO, SEM, and social media platforms, to optimize online presence and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the travel industry.
Requirements
- OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing management, with a focus on field sales.
- Proven success in developing marketing strategies and achieving sales targets.
- Hands-on experience with direct customer engagement and sales in the field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, social media platforms, etc.).
