Job Description
OPPO Nigeria is seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead its local marketing efforts and drive brand visibility across multiple channels. This role involves overseeing both digital and traditional campaigns, managing teams and vendors, and ensuring effective execution of marketing strategies that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the local marketing team as well as external vendors and partners
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels including social media, radio, websites, and outdoor advertising
- Develop and implement localized digital marketing strategies and communication plans
- Monitor, evaluate, and optimize campaign performance using relevant analytics tools
- Prepare and present detailed monthly marketing performance reports
- Support the planning and execution of offline marketing events and activations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong experience managing both digital and traditional marketing campaigns
- Excellent coordination, communication, and analytical skills
