Job Description
A reputable company in the alcoholic beverage industry is hiring a Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives that support brand growth, customer engagement, and revenue objectives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital and traditional marketing channels, campaign management, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute integrated marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share
- Coordinate all marketing activities including promotions, advertising, events, and digital campaigns
- Manage content development across various platforms—email, social media, brochures, and blogs
- Monitor performance metrics, report on campaign outcomes, and optimize based on data insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA is an added advantage)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a marketing leadership role
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools including Google Ads, Meta platforms, SEO, and email marketing
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Creative and detail-oriented approach to branding and campaigns
