Lifted Horizon Nigeria Limited is recruiting on behalf of a care technology company seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead brand positioning, demand generation, and market expansion across the United Kingdom. This role is suited for a strategic and data-focused professional with strong B2B SaaS or health-tech marketing experience and a proven ability to drive qualified leads and revenue growth within competitive markets.

The Marketing Manager will develop and execute integrated marketing strategies tailored to the UK care sector, strengthen brand visibility, and directly support pipeline and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives
  • Drive demand generation campaigns across digital channels including LinkedIn, email marketing, paid media, SEO, and SEM
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to align marketing initiatives with pipeline and revenue goals
  • Manage and optimise CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar tools
  • Lead product marketing initiatives including messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
  • Oversee content strategy including case studies, whitepapers, webinars, and thought leadership materials tailored to the UK care market
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on marketing performance metrics including MQLs, CAC, conversion rates, and ROI
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and market gaps
  • Manage agency relationships, media partnerships, and external vendors where required
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital and offline marketing channels

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Marketing, preferably within B2B SaaS, health-tech, or technology-driven environments
  • Demonstrated success in generating qualified leads and supporting measurable revenue growth
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, performance marketing, and marketing analytics
  • Experience marketing into the UK market, particularly within the care, health, or regulated sectors, is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
