A reputable hospitality company, Coinbox Limited, is hiring a skilled Marketing & Sales Manager to lead its sales and marketing department. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition through outdoor marketing, strategic partnerships, and relationship-building across diverse client categories. The role also involves collaborating with operational leadership and contributing to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to generate new leads and convert them into paying customers.
• Identify and approach potential clients in various sectors and present the advantages of the company’s hospitality offerings.
• Actively promote and sell the company’s 12 platforms including event halls, rooms, conference spaces, gym, pool, and restaurant.
• Engage current and prospective clients through direct marketing, networking, and social media outreach.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to organize in-house events and drive participation.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports and market analysis.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a BSc or HND in Marketing or a relevant discipline.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, especially within the hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to analyze market trends and multitask effectively.
• Candidates residing in or near Ikeja and Iju-Ishaga are preferred.
