Job Description
OPPO Nigeria is seeking an experienced Marketing Supervisor to drive local marketing execution and strengthen brand visibility across Lagos. This role involves leading on-the-ground marketing initiatives, coordinating teams and partners, and ensuring consistent brand communication across digital and traditional channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns to improve brand awareness and market presence.
- Lead and coordinate the local marketing team in line with approved brand guidelines and standards.
- Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and other external partners to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Supervise digital and traditional media activities, including social media, outdoor advertising, radio, and other channels.
- Plan and execute offline events, activations, and product launches.
- Track, analyze, and report marketing campaign performance using relevant analytics and digital tools.
- Prepare monthly marketing reports and performance evaluations for management review.
- Support brand communication planning and effective implementation within the local market.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience managing both digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media strategy, brand execution, and vendor coordination.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Experience working with multicultural or international teams is an added advantage.
