We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join our team in Kaduna. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems and equipment. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems, including pumps, compressors, and hydraulic systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical faults to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
  • Implement preventive maintenance schedules to enhance equipment efficiency and longevity.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any major mechanical issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all maintenance activities.

Requirements

  • HND/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in mechanical maintenance.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of mechanical systems, including pumps, compressors, and hydraulics.
