A leading organization in the FMCG industry is seeking an experienced Medical Manager to lead and execute medical strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals. This role requires a strong background in medical or pharmaceutical fields and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement medical strategies to support the company’s product portfolio.
• Deliver impactful presentations to large groups, including healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
• Act as a key liaison between the company and the medical community, building strong relationships.
• Provide medical insights to support sales, marketing, and product development teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in medical or sales roles, including experience in public speaking.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
