MindFi, a leading Mental Health and Wellbeing platform, is seeking experienced Mental Health Providers—Counselors, Psychologists, and Coaches—to deliver remote mental health support to clients across the Asia-Pacific region and Europe. This freelance opportunity is ideal for professionals passionate about making quality mental health care more accessible while working flexibly from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one psychotherapy, counseling, or coaching sessions to clients online.
- Facilitate group support sessions and lead wellness-focused Masterclasses.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with professional ethics.
- Contribute to the overall mental well-being of clients through personalized, evidence-based approaches.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field, OR a recognized Coaching certification (ICF or equivalent).
- Membership or registration with a professional counseling or psychology body in Nigeria or relevant jurisdiction.
- At least 3 years of experience providing counseling or coaching services, preferably online.
- Strong communication and empathy skills with the ability to engage clients virtually.
