Responsibilities:

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation programs.
  • Implement and manage HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance workforce skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in the publishing or related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
