A Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Manager is needed. The ideal candidate will lead efforts to ensure the effectiveness, quality, and impact of our programs. This role is crucial in driving data-driven decision-making and enhancing our operational strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement robust M&E frameworks to track program performance and outcomes.
- Lead the design and execution of data collection, analysis, and reporting activities.
- Provide technical guidance on M&E methodologies and tools to project teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and donor requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identify challenges, and recommend actionable solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for internal and external stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Master’s Degree is an advantage.
- 4–5 years of M&E experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, Excel, or similar tools).
