Job Description
UNICCON Group of Companies is seeking a skilled Motion & Graphic Designer to create engaging static and animated visual content for digital learning courses. This role focuses on enhancing the clarity, quality, and learner engagement of LMS video content within a fast-paced, high-volume production environment. The ideal candidate will combine creativity with efficiency to deliver visually compelling and scalable designs across multiple courses.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for LMS video content
- Translate scripts and instructional ideas into engaging animated sequences
- Create animated infographics, explainer visuals, transitions, and lower thirds
- Design high-quality static assets including slides, icons, illustrations, and course thumbnails
- Convert complex course materials into clear and visually engaging designs
- Develop reusable templates for both animation and graphic design to improve production speed
- Collaborate with video editors and creative leads to ensure visual consistency
- Organize and maintain a centralized library of design and animation assets
- Optimize all outputs for LMS platforms, ensuring quality and usability
- Participate in review cycles and implement feedback efficiently
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Multimedia, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in graphic design and motion graphics
- Proven experience in e-learning, instructional design, or explainer content is an advantage
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and Figma (or similar tools)
- Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, layout, and color theory
- Ability to manage high-volume production while maintaining quality and consistency
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
