Job Description

The MTN Graduate Skills Development Scheme 2025 – Project Pathfinder (Networks Division) is an opportunity for talented graduates who are eager to shape the future of networks and technology. This program is designed to nurture young professionals through structured training, mentorship, and real-world exposure while promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion across gender, ability, and geographical representation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in a structured 2-year development program involving real-world projects.
  • Rotate across different functions within the Networks Division for broad exposure.

Requirements

  • A First Degree (minimum 2:1) in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, ICT, or an HND with Upper Credit in relevant Engineering fields.
  • 0–2 years of post-graduation experience. Prior industrial training or work experience in telecoms/IT-related fields is an advantage.
  • Strong curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to take on challenges.
  • Demonstrated values of integrity, teamwork, and passion for learning.
