About the Programme
MTN Nigeria, a leading name in telecommunications in Nigeria and a key player across Africa and the Middle East, is seeking talented graduates with ambition and drive for our 2025 Global Graduate Programme.
The MTN Global Graduate Development Programme is designed to source, develop, and fast-track top talent across MTN’s African and Middle Eastern footprint. Through this programme, you’ll receive a unique experience combining formal learning at MTN’s regional learning centers and on-the-job training in a strategically aligned role. Key features include:
- Formal Training: Blended learning modules at MTN’s learning centers in Southern, Northern, and Western Africa.
- On-the-Job Development: In-role experience, job rotation, executive interactions, mentoring, and coaching within MTN’s operations.
- Professional Growth: Real-world impact and opportunities in a company shaping the continent’s future.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree with at least a Second Class Upper (2:1) or HND Upper Credit, graduated no earlier than 2022.
- Completed NYSC with a valid certificate by September 2024.
- Fluent in English and holds a valid international passport.
Desired Skills and Competencies
- Skills: Partnership & Business Development, Digital Marketing, Analytical Skills, Technology Security, Microsoft Office Suite.
