Uniterm Nigeria Limited is seeking a skilled and dedicated Mud Man to join our team in Rivers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing drilling fluids systems to ensure efficient drilling operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drilling Fluids Maintenance: Oversee the drilling fluids system to ensure optimal performance by regularly checking properties such as density, viscosity, and pH.
• Mud Mixing and Treatment: Prepare and treat drilling fluids in accordance with the drilling program, incorporating chemicals, polymers, and additives as needed.
• Fluids Testing and Analysis: Conduct consistent testing and analysis of drilling fluids to meet design specifications and industry standards.
• Wellbore Stability: Maintain wellbore stability by adjusting the properties of drilling fluids, such as density and viscosity, to avoid complications.
• Hole Cleaning: Optimize drilling fluid properties for effective hole cleaning, ensuring proper viscosity and solids content.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in drilling fluids management.
• In-depth knowledge of drilling fluid properties and how they affect operations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct fluid testing and make adjustments as necessary.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
