Simba Group Nigeria Limited is hiring a National Sales Manager to lead the sales and distribution efforts for its engine oil/lubricants business. The position requires an agile and process-driven professional with experience in lubricant sales and strong familiarity with FMCG-style systems and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive nationwide sales operations through distributor management, van sales, B2B channels, and outlet coverage systems.
- Strengthen market presence by engaging mechanics, fleet operators, and service workshops.
- Set up and monitor SOPs, KPIs, and sales processes across regional teams using digital tools like Excel, CRM, Google Sheets, and Power BI.
- Support sales reps and dealers with field training, product knowledge, and performance reviews.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields; certifications in CRM, ERP, or analytics tools are an advantage.
- 10–12 years of experience in sales, with a proven background in the lubricants or engine oil sector in Nigeria.
- Deep knowledge of FMCG-style route-to-market models and execution tracking.
- Must be proficient with data-driven reporting tools and willing to travel extensively across the country.
