Job Description
Location: Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria
We are looking for an experienced NCG Agent to join our team. This role requires an individual with strong operational knowledge in the aviation and logistics sectors, especially with DHL and commercial air networks. The ideal candidate will have a diploma and at least 3 years of relevant operational experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with aviation standard operating procedures and network requirements.
- Monitor and manage aircraft characteristics, limitations, and performance to optimize operational efficiency.
- Coordinate and liaise with various departments to ensure smooth operations and adherence to guidelines.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of DHL’s commercial air network to support regional and intercontinental operations.
- Maintain operational records and ensure accuracy of data in line with company policies.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Diploma certificate.
- In-depth knowledge of aircraft characteristics, limitations, and aviation standards.
- Exceptional understanding of DHL and commercial air network operations.
- At least 3 years of operational experience within DHL departments or relevant airline experience.
