Job Summary:
A growing organization in Lagos is looking to hire a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office functioning through clerical support, coordination, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and physical mail
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents
- Assist in scheduling meetings and managing appointments
- Support other staff with administrative and clerical tasks as needed
- Ensure the office is clean, stocked, and operating efficiently
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative or support role is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
