Location: Mokola, Ibadan
Salary: ₦110,000 (₦70k basic + ₦40k bonus)
Work Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM (Daily)

Job Description

A proactive Online Customer Service Representative to manage customer inquiries, process orders, and provide excellent support to clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in e-commerce and be comfortable handling communications via phone and computer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
  • Process orders, handle complaints, and provide resolutions to customer issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and prepare sales & management reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • ND or HND in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Must be confident, proactive, and able to multitask.
  • Prior experience in the e-commerce industry is required.
  • Must be above 22 years of age.
