Job Description

An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated and results-driven professional to join as a Channel Sales Manager – Open Market. The role focuses on implementing effective sales strategies, driving performance, and ensuring coverage expansion across open markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage activities and expand coverage in open markets within the assigned territory
  • Supervise and coach Open Market Sales Representatives (OMSR) to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure product availability and visibility through picture-of-success execution
  • Track sales performance, gather market intelligence, and monitor competitor activities

Requirements:

  • First degree in any discipline
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in sales or marketing with proven KPI achievements
  • Valid driver’s license and field sales management knowledge
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and IT skills
