Job Description:
The Operation Officer plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of Ultimate Bookings’ daily operations. This position requires someone with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency.
  • Coordinate with various departments to resolve operational issues.
  • Monitor compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and analyze operational reports to support decision-making.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in operational roles, preferably in the ticketing or travel industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
