Job Description

Reverse Aesthetics Limited is seeking a results-driven Operations & Business Growth Manager to oversee daily operations while driving sustainable business growth and revenue expansion. This role combines hands-on operational leadership with strategic planning to ensure service excellence, staff efficiency, and scalable growth across all business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily operations across departments to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery.
• Develop, implement, and enforce operational policies, workflows, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Supervise staff performance, set operational targets, and conduct routine performance evaluations.
• Drive business growth through revenue expansion strategies, client acquisition, retention, and upselling initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for new services, products, partnerships, and operational improvements.
• Monitor service quality, customer feedback, and satisfaction levels, implementing improvements where required.
• Supervise marketing and social media activities to ensure alignment with brand positioning and growth objectives.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on operations, staff performance, marketing output, and revenue growth to management.

Requirements & Qualifications

• HND, Bachelor’s Degree, or Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
• 4–6 years of proven experience in operations management, business growth, or a similar leadership role.
• Strong operational leadership, organizational, and execution skills.
• Demonstrated experience in business development and revenue growth strategy.
• Ability to manage teams, monitor performance, and enforce accountability.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience overseeing marketing or social media activities is an added advantage.
