Location: Somolu, Lagos
Salary: ₦3,000,000 net per annum
Experience: Minimum 4 years in outsourcing management agency
A well-structured organization in the outsourcing sector is seeking an experienced Operations Efficiency Manager to enhance productivity and streamline internal processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring client satisfaction, and implementing strategies to optimize efficiency across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate daily operational activities to improve workflow and service delivery
- Monitor performance metrics and develop strategies to boost efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Supervise and support departmental teams to ensure alignment with company objectives
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, client expectations, and regulatory requirements
- Evaluate and implement process improvement initiatives across the business
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in an outsourcing management agency
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple departments and prioritize tasks effectively
- Male candidates are preferred to maintain gender balance
- Must be available to resume no later than June 2, 2025
