Job Description

KPMG Nigeria is recruiting an experienced Operations Lead to drive excellence across manufacturing and operational functions. This role focuses on optimizing supply chain performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, improving cost efficiency, and supporting timely product launches for both local and international markets.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end manufacturing and operations activities.
• Oversee supply chain operations, including production planning, inventory management, and third-party logistics.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and relevant regulatory standards.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives without compromising product quality or safety.
• Collaborate with quality, product development, and commercial teams to support faster and efficient product launches.
• Implement and maintain Quality Assurance, Quality Control processes, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Key Requirements

• 5–8 years of operations experience within the beauty or FMCG industry.
• Strong background in supply chain management, production planning, inventory control, and third-party logistics.
• Proven track record of delivering cost savings while maintaining high quality standards.
• Good knowledge of cosmetic and home fragrance regulations.
• Solid experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and SOP implementation.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
