Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations/Logistics Officer to join our dynamic team. This position will involve managing the logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring smooth processes from procurement to distribution, and optimizing our operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of logistics and supply chain management.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor and report on the performance of logistics systems, identifying areas for improvement.
- Implement cost-effective strategies for inventory management and delivery processes.
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Sciences or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations Management.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and logistics software.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
