MJ’s Cookhouse is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily business activities, improve overall operations, and ensure smooth service delivery. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for managing people, processes, and performance in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
• Oversee inventory management, procurement, and vendor relations.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve operational goals and maintain high service standards.
• Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
