Location: Orchid Road, Lekki & Its Environs
Salary: ₦150,000
Experience: Operations, hospitality, or retail management preferred

A cinema in Lekki is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and enhance customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with a background in operations or retail management.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily cinema operations to ensure efficiency and excellent service.
- Manage staff scheduling, performance, and adherence to customer service standards.
- Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to drive revenue.
- Oversee facility maintenance, equipment functionality, and inventory control.
Requirements:
- Smart, well-groomed male (preferably) with strong leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication, sales, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in operations, hospitality, or retail management is an advantage.
- BSc or HND in any field.
