Location: Lekki, Lagos (Hybrid)
Salary: ₦1,000,000 – ₦1,500,000 Monthly (Net)
An established organization in Lekki, Lagos is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee cross-functional operations, drive performance, and optimize internal processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational leadership, financial oversight, and strategic team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across departments to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Lead cross-functional teams, providing guidance and support to ensure departmental targets are met.
- Drive strategic initiatives related to workflow optimization, cost control, and process improvement.
- Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and track P&L accountability.
- Implement systems and tools for productivity, reporting, and operational excellence.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of 9 years of experience in operations, administration, or a similar role, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
- Proven entrepreneurship or intrapreneurship background, with direct experience managing P&L and multiple departments or business units.
- Expertise in financial planning, performance tracking, and organizational efficiency.
- Proficient in using digital team management tools and workflow platforms.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
