A reputable organization based in Gaduwa, Abuja is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize daily business operations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in leadership, strategy execution, and operational excellence, with the ability to drive efficiency and improve overall performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies to support business goals
- Monitor and improve internal processes for increased productivity
- Lead, mentor, and manage operational teams to achieve performance targets
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure workflow efficiency
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, and resource allocation across departments
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage)
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior operations role
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and project management abilities
- Demonstrated success in process optimization and team performance enhancement
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
