Job Description

An established fashion design and garment production company is hiring an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations and drive efficiency across production, finance, and administrative functions. The role focuses on optimizing processes, improving collaboration across departments, and supporting sustainable business growth within a fast-paced fashion environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize resources across operational and production functions.
  • Oversee finance-related operations, including budgeting, cost control, and reporting.
  • Coordinate and synergize systems, departments, and production workflows.
  • Oversee day-to-day operational processes to ensure efficiency and timely delivery of fashion products.
  • Work closely with designers, production teams, and tailors to align operations with creative output.
  • Support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Manage teams, supervise staff performance, and drive productivity.
  • Support HR, payroll, and general administrative operational functions.

Requirements / Person Specification

  • Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Business Administration, Fashion Design, Textile Technology, or a related field. PGD is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in an operations or management role within the fashion, garment, textile, or apparel industry.
  • Strong background or practical understanding of fashion design and garment production processes.
  • Strong finance and commercial awareness.
  • High level of process discipline and system orientation.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong strategic and operational thinking capability.
