Job Description
An international gaming and digital entertainment company is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operational delivery within a fast-paced, multi-market, regulated studio environment. This role supports product releases across multiple regions, ensures regulatory compliance, and drives continuous improvement across operational processes and teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations activities to ensure smooth delivery of product releases across multiple regions and regulated markets.
- Manage and improve operational workflows related to game submissions, certification, and release pipelines to enhance efficiency without compromising compliance.
- Mentor and develop the Operations team, promoting high delivery standards, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate closely with Studios, Compliance, Delivery streams, Product/Tech, RNG, and other internal stakeholders to align operational plans with product roadmaps and regulatory timelines.
- Drive cross-functional operational initiatives such as new market entries, feature launches, and process improvements beyond routine delivery cycles.
- Plan team capacity and resource allocation to meet milestones while remaining agile in response to shifting priorities.
- Track operational KPIs, provide clear reporting to senior leadership, and proactively escalate risks or delivery blockers.
- Ensure operational readiness for audits and maintain accurate documentation in line with market-specific regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in operations management within a fast-paced, regulated environment (gaming, fintech, or digital product environments preferred).
- Demonstrated people leadership skills with experience building and managing high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of multi-market compliance, certification, and release processes.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives concurrently.
- Data-driven approach to performance management and continuous process improvement.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to operate effectively in environments with changing priorities and ambiguity.
