About the Role:
Our company specializes in the manufacturing and distribution of high-quality medical equipment, dedicated to improving healthcare standards in Nigeria. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and excellence across all processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, including production, supply chain management, and quality control, to meet business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian regulatory requirements, including NAFDAC and SON standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead and mentor operations staff, fostering a culture of accountability and performance.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Engineering (MBA preferred).
- 5–7 years of experience in operations management, with at least 2 years in a senior role in the medical equipment or healthcare sector.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, and quality control processes.
- Familiarity with Nigerian regulatory requirements such as NAFDAC and SON.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
