Job Description
Location: Abeokuta, Ogun State
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in operations management (preferably in veterinary, pharmaceutical, or agribusiness sectors)
Obasanjo Farms Nigeria is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, streamline processes, and ensure the effective management of resources. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, leadership, and supply chain optimization within relevant industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, streamline processes, and reduce costs.
- Coordinate supply chain and inventory management to support production goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the operations team to achieve organizational objectives.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in operations management, preferably within the veterinary, pharmaceutical, or agribusiness sectors.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in supply chain management methodologies and excellent organizational and decision-making abilities.
