Job Description
Annona Grains and Mills Limited is recruiting for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee its daily production and supply chain activities in Abuja and Plateau. This role requires a strategic and hands-on leader capable of driving efficiency, quality, and compliance across the company’s operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations across production, logistics, warehousing, procurement, and inventory management
- Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Monitor quality control processes to ensure compliance with company standards
- Manage teams and drive performance through mentorship, training, and oversight
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory requirements in all facilities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)
- Minimum of 5 years in an operations leadership role, preferably in agrifood, FMCG, or manufacturing
- Strong experience in process improvement, cost control, and team management
- Proficiency in ERP systems and operations software
- Solid knowledge of quality control, health & safety, and compliance frameworks
