Arthotel is looking to hire a dedicated Operations Manager to oversee daily hotel operations and ensure efficiency across all departments. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering a high-quality guest experience.

Salary: N300,000 – N350,000 / Month

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations across all hotel departments.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Coordinate staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and service standards.
- Monitor budgets, inventory, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.
Eligibility Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in hotel operations or a similar managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities.
