Clinton Oilfield Limited is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize daily operations across its business units. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution skills who can improve efficiency, coordinate teams, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Experience: 8–12 years
Industry: Oil & Gas / Logistics
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize operational processes and improve workflow efficiency
- Drive productivity and implement cost-efficiency initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective delivery
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare operational reports
- Support the General Manager in executing business strategies
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- 8–12 years of relevant experience, preferably in oil & gas or logistics
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to execute strategies and manage operations effectively
