Easy Buy Limited is seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, drive efficiency, and support revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities to coordinate teams, optimize processes, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Drive sales growth by ensuring regional revenue targets are met and exceeded
- Align Business Development teams with company goals, productivity standards, and performance targets
- Coordinate operational support for sales and business development teams
- Monitor operational performance and implement process improvements where necessary
- Collaborate with regional and sales leadership to achieve business objectives
- Identify operational risks and implement corrective and preventive actions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in operations management, preferably within fintech, sales-driven, or financial services environments
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to manage multiple teams and operational processes effectively
