Job Description
Landmark Africa Group, a leading real estate and business services company established in 1997, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join the team at Landmark Nike Lake, Enugu. This role involves overseeing hospitality, leisure, events, and facilities to ensure smooth operations, guest satisfaction, and alignment with the organization’s service philosophy and long-term growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations across hotel, leisure, events, and facility units, ensuring efficiency and service quality.
- Lead customer experience initiatives to deliver world-class satisfaction and resolve escalated guest concerns.
- Enforce compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards while conducting regular audits and inspections.
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Marketing teams to manage budgets, track KPIs, and support revenue generation.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a high-performance, customer-focused culture.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-unit hospitality operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, KPI tracking, and cost optimization.
- In-depth knowledge of compliance, health, safety, and guest service protocols.
