Job Description

PrimoFinesse is seeking a skilled Operations Manager to oversee and optimize its core business operations. The role focuses on ensuring efficiency across procurement, logistics, supply chain, facility management, security, and workplace safety, while supporting the company’s commitment to maintaining premium standards.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage procurement and supply chain processes to ensure timely sourcing, cost control, and vendor relationship management.
  • Oversee logistics and distribution, including dispatch, delivery schedules, and tracking systems for finished products.
  • Implement and monitor security and workplace safety protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Supervise facility operations, including maintenance, asset management, and preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Lead operational staff, ensuring performance management, adherence to SOPs, and continuous training for efficiency.
  • Track operational KPIs, recommend improvements, and prepare reports on performance, risks, and opportunities.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in operations or administrative management, preferably in FMCG, food, or beverage industries.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain, logistics, and operational procedures.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, inventory management tools, and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and team management abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Administration, or related field.
