A reputable roadside assistance and fuel service company is recruiting for an experienced Operations Manager to handle the daily management of its fuel business. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations in supply, storage, distribution, and retail while upholding compliance and driving profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage fuel inventory, logistics, and fleet operations.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to maintain a steady supply chain.
- Implement cost-control strategies and enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
- Supervise, lead, and motivate operations staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years’ operations experience in the fuel, oil & gas, or energy sector.
- Strong knowledge of fuel distribution, HSE compliance, and process optimization.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Must reside within or around Ajah, Lagos.
