Job Description
Amani Advisory Limited is recruiting an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee its fashion production unit in Lagos. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring quality standards, optimizing production processes, and supporting business growth, especially in children’s apparel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily fashion production activities, ensuring timely and high-quality output
- Coordinate with production teams, suppliers, and logistics to maintain efficient operations
- Monitor inventory, implement tracking systems, and manage stock levels effectively
- Enforce safety and quality standards, particularly tailored to children’s clothing
- Analyze workflow processes and suggest improvements for operational efficiency
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations, Fashion Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in fashion production or operations, preferably in children’s apparel
- Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of garment production and fashion supply chain management
- Proficiency in inventory and production tracking tools
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
